1 Samuel 5

How shocked the Philistines must have felt when the spoils of war seemed to cause more destruction than the war itself. I'm not sure why I found it humorous (open body sores is nothing to chuckle at), but the fact that it took moving the ark 3 different times until the message finally sunk in... but before I laugh too hard, how many times have I been on the wrong path and have had so many signs tossed my way before I got the message. My only blessing is that the signs have never included open body sores!
